Mobile Token Service is a newly built function in CCB(HK&MO) mobile app. After activated the Mobile Token, you can acquire it to replace Security token or SMS OTP to authenticate designated transactions on Online Banking and Mobile Banking. It is safe and convenient.

Wuite often not very smooth, takes a while to get things done.

I use 8 bank apps, but this app is the most stupid one!! The "one button pay" forces u to pay the credit card bill immediately, although the bill is due much later! And if u want to pay thru "transfer", u simply can't transfer money to credit card accounts!! Can't set up any future instructions, totally a TRAP for clients to either pay in advance, or to miss the due date n get finance n interest charges later!! Fire the IT's, guess they never use the app n know nothing abt the business flow

Keeps crashing and shutting itself down everytime I tried to launch it. It had a 50% success rate before (which was not great), then down to 30% and now 0%. Tried uninstall and reinstall, didn't fix the issue. Worst bank-apps ever. Period.
