The actual restaurant has really good food but my star rating is on the app itself The UI looks very subpar compared to any other food app. Like the design isn't appealing to the eye. For instance, opening the app you should see food. Not surf through a few menus first and then find food. THEN if you want to see your points you have to back out multiple times and THEN click "loyalty". Take the McDonald's app as inspiration

recently updated the app again and lost all my rewards. The app doesn't allow you to update your phone number. My login won't work unless I use the help feature to email a code. when placing a delivery your able to select ASAP or schedule a delivery. Had to create a new account and lost my loyalty points. Also, has a promotion for a free protein drink but have no way to apply it to my cart. Store associates have no clue how app works and won't honor free drink.

Useless if not accurate with inventory. I placed an online order so that I could grab and go, and not be late to work. However, once I arrived, my order wasn't made due to missing ingredients. Absolutely pointless to order ahead if inventory isn't going to be reflected with online options.
