App doesn't function properly. So far, every time I've used the app, something is incorrect. The latest is, ordered for delivery. An hour later, I called store. On their end, it showed pick up. Even though on my end, I was looking at the receipt showing delivery time est and address. Be wary of using the app.

Ever since I had a bad experience with an employee for a delivery order, I can now no longer use my points when I order on the app. Even after the change in the rewards program, it still doesn't work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but no change. Not going to order anything until it's fixed.

This app is horrible. A) can't use loyalty rewards. B) can't even do a normal transaction because it declines my card due to not verifying my zip code (bank confirmed the reason it was declined). What's the point of having this app if it serves no purpose? Also tried talking to tech support about it before and they are clueless. Have you tried using your own product? That would probably be a good start.
