About this app

Come back to center.

centered space is a small, calm toolkit for the moments that knock you off balance — racing thoughts, a tight chest, an urge you don't want to act on, can't focus, feeling stuck. No endless library with 1000s of options. No long programs. Just a few grounding tools that actually help, when you need them.

Try everything free for two weeks. No credit card required.
YOUR PLAN, AFTER THAT
When the two weeks are up, you choose. Keep everything with Pro, or keep six tools free forever — we'll suggest the ones you actually used. Your go-to tool is yours either way, and you can swap a tool once a week.
Check-ins, browsing by category, and Patterns mood tracking stay open on the free plan.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose how you feel. Pick what feels closest to the moment.
2. Get a few tools that fit. A short, grounded set — not a hundred options.
3. Use it your way. Follow along, then carry the practice with you.

A FEW OF THE TOOLS
• Physiological Sigh — settle your body in a couple of breaths
• Body Scan — release tension from head to toe
• Grounding — come back to the here and now
• Urge Surf — ride out a pull or craving by taking the word itself apart
• Patterns — a gentle mood check-in with history: see your highs and lows over time, and notice what quietly repeats
• Card Decks — steady words for urges, shame, anger, anxiety, comfort, and connection
• Guided Gratitude — shift toward what's steady, including two good things about yourself
• Brain Dump — empty a racing mind
• One Thing — narrow the noise down to the next small step
• Mantra — steady phrases to hold onto, in collections you can name
• Plus Tones, Connection, and more.

FOR THE HARD MOMENTS
Whether it's anxiety, a wave of panic, an urge or craving, everyday stress, or just a scattered, restless mind, centered space gives you simple, evidence-based ways to breathe, ground yourself, and find a little calm — in two minutes or ten. Sensory, body-based, and reflective practices, all in one quiet place.

WHEN YOUR THOUGHTS WON'T SETTLE
Racing thoughts, overthinking, rumination, a mind that keeps looping back. Brain Dump empties it onto the screen and lets it dissolve. One Thing narrows the noise down to a single next step. The grounding tools bring your attention back into the room so you can refocus.

FOR URGES AND DIFFICULT EMOTIONS
Urge Surf and the themed card decks are built for the moments that are hardest to sit with — cravings and urges, including those that come with addiction and recovery, along with anger, shame, guilt, sadness, and overwhelm. No advice and no lectures. Just steady words and something to do with your hands until the wave passes.

centered space is a wellness tool. It isn't medical or mental health treatment, and it isn't a substitute for professional support.
