Update: GalaxyS25 Ultra user. Yet again another month and another problem with this app. I can't log in and im getting messages that I missed a payment. When I try to get support it tells me I have to log in. When I try to reset my password it never sends a link to my email regardless of how many times I try. 3 months later and the app is doing it again. Its not allowing me to make payments. This time it allows me to log in but it doesn't allow me to choose the payment option.

I'lll gladly let this card close for non-use. This is the worst banking app/website experience I've ever had. They purposely try to make good financial acumen impossible. Balance? Can't pay for a month, hoping you'll forget. Trouble logging in? Maybe you'll just give up & forget. Anything to get you to pay skyhigh rates or have to make payments over the phone for 30 mins. Wish I'd have just declined the transition from a tire card I got when young and stupid. They are predators.

Great app, but there are two features missing. First, there is no Autopay feature. I can schedule payments but that isn't the same thing. Second, I cannot make a payment against an invoice until it appears on a statement. It makes no sense at all that I must wait for a statement to cycle before I can pay for a recent invoice that is on my account but has not appeared yet on a statement. My account has a balance that I cannot pay. That makes no sense to me. Otherwise, the app is great!
