Clockout Invoice helps freelancers and small service businesses run billing from one workflow: track time with a focused start/stop timer, organize work by client, project, task, and subtask, and turn tracked sessions into invoice line items. You can create invoices from manual quantities or aggregated un-invoiced time, manage draft/sent/paid status, export invoice PDFs, and email invoices directly to clients. The app also supports session history, task rate/billing-type controls, client/project management, and follow-up automation for outstanding payments. It is built as a shared web-first product with desktop support (and a companion mobile app in this workspace), so your billing workflow stays consistent across platforms.
