Great layout but it will log you out every time you exit instead of asking for a keycode to be made to make it easier and WILL demand you input a credit/debit card after the first appointment even if you have insurance that pays for it all. (note: this wouldn't be an issue IF THEY DID IT UPON INSTALLATION AND NOT DAYS LATER!) Find someone better, if you can.

There is a screen forcing you to provide financial information that you cannot get past. This is blocking me from communications with my therapist and they do not need the information they are requiring. Reaching out to customer support has not resolved this issue.

Terrible app. I filled out the 1st part, and it keeps showing that it's not complete. I reviewed six times and it's complete. It does not say what's missing. Terrible design and management.
