Horrible experience, my account was disabled by the company because they couldn't verify my identity, when I spoke to a representative I was told nothing could be done but was not given a specific reason as to why. Also, I have a fully verified bank account with NetSpend which is the same company as IngoMoney as stated by their representative. How could I have a fully verified account with NetSpend but their subsidiary can't verify my identity? Their representative rudely ended our live chat without answering my questions and then disabled the live chat so I couldn't contact them again. Terrible company, terrible service, terrible experience, terrible at replying to customers, zero explanation when making an inquiry. Would never recommend this app to anyone!
Awesome! Quick and easy. Depositing a check takes less than five minutes. Love the multiple card feature as well. Did have a slight issue with resetting my password, tried for a few days but never got an email with the temporary one. Just went to the Ingo website, asked for help on the chat and was done in less than 5 minutes. Shout out to Mandee for helping me out!
They suck don't use them. They have morons for employees . They said my signature was off but yet rhea spoke to me verified I was hoping I was and they told me there would be no issues. Well now I have to wait 21 business dayd because they are full of lies and do not keep to what they say. Do not use I sure won't ever again.
They feed you with false promises of sweet, easy service, then after wasting the time they promise to save you signing up for their non-functional service, they block you and when you contact them they hit you with this bull*** "Hi Ryan we are not able to meet the necessary processes that comply with our standard security and regulatory requirements and as a result cannot activate your Ingo money account"..?! I saw all the complaints before downloading but just wanted to see for myself.. ..so if you wanna ruin your day please go ahead!!
The only reason i downloaded this is bc i have a broken leg and really needed to get a money order in my account. The description says it accepts money orders but it doesn't. The money order is legit and has nothing wrong with it and i tried cashing it a few times and each time it gave me a different reason why it wouldn't accept. It shouldn't say it accepts money orders if it doesnt. I chatted with customer service and they told me to get a different money order. So I'm supposed to tell the sender to pay a processing fee to return a perfectly good money order to get a new perfectly good money order that probably won't work either?
This app and the people behind it are horrible. I presented a run of the mill check and they wouldn't cash it because they thought it was an elevated risk. It was a payroll check!
