The Ingo Money App may be used by identity-verified customers to cash checks issued on U.S. financial accounts to fund: (1) most debit, prepaid and credit card accounts issued by hundreds of U.S. financial institutions including Chase®, Bank of America®, Citi®, Wells Fargo®, American Express®, U.S. Bank®, PNC Bank®, Capital One®, HSBC Bank USA, TD Bank, Discover®, Synchrony Bank, First Premier® Bank, Pathward and The Bancorp Bank; (2) PayPal™, PayPal™ for Business and PayPal™ Prepaid MasterCard® accounts; and (3) most prepaid cards, including Regions Now Card®, NetSpend®, Green Dot® Prepaid Debit, Walmart MoneyCard®, H&R Block® Emerald Card®, ACE Elite™, Kroger® 1-2-3 REWARDS® and more. Funds may also be used to pay retail credit card bills from thousands of retailers including Walmart®, Target®, Costco®, Home Depot®, Lowe’s®, BestBuy®, Gap® and Old Navy®. You can also access the Ingo Money service in dozens of mobile banking apps including American Express Serve® and Bluebird by American Express. Ingo Money participates in the Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Star®, Pulse®, NYCE® and Maestro® payment networks.

Ingo Money is a service provided by Sunrise Banks, N.A. Member FDIC and Ingo Money, Inc., subject to the Sunrise Banks and Ingo Money Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Approval usually takes 3 to 5 minutes but can take up to one hour. All checks are subject to approval for funding in Ingo Money’s sole discretion. Fees apply for approved Money in Minutes transactions funded to your card or account. Unapproved checks will not be funded to your card or account. Ingo Money reserves the right to recover losses resulting from illegal or fraudulent use of the Ingo Money Service. Your wireless carrier may charge a fee for data usage. Bad so far, trying to set up an account and I've hit resend verification email three times now and still am not receiving anything, not even in my spam folder, close to deleting as of right now. Edit: Deleting the app, giving up on making a profile, tried the chat, it apparently closes at a certain time, tried email, it'll be anytime in 24 hours they could get back to me.

Garbage company. Venmo and PayPal use them for check cashing, and apparently if you only use their service every once in a while, like once 3 years ago, they say that your account has suspicious activity and they have to close it. Customer Service couldn't even explain why my account was closed because "Unfortunately, we cannot go into greater detail concerning the account closure as that would involve the going into the specifics of our review and security processes." Over $38.50. 0/10

This service has declined my checks every single time since I randomly attempted to use it over the last 4 or so years. Upon decline the app has a pop up that says something along the lines of "check declined. This is a final decision, don't try again." It provides literally no explanation or reason as to why. I checked the FAQs and they just list off a load of obvious causes, none of which apply to me. Zero customer support whatsoever as well.
