UPDATE: Ingo costumer service reached out to me and were great in trying to resolve the issues I had with the app. Will be using next time, as after talking with them, I am assured that they really want to put the customer first. OLD: After a 2 day hold, I had to contact them to find out why my check was still "ready to process". Then they looked, and couldn't verify my identity, which is BS, never had that issue come up and my business is all digital. They also wanted to charge $10 for a $200 check. I'm a small business and always try out companies that say they make things easier. Ingo does not. Don't use Ingo.. just go to a check cashing place or Wal-Mart. Cheaper and quicker.
I live this app..but I used to able to log in using my fingerprint-it has the option , but when I touch my finger to the sensor like it says to do, nothing happens.. Edit: I figured it out- I had to uninstall the app & then reinstall it again...
Had me go through a process to tell me it can't verify my identity and I can't use the app then doesn't allow me to at least verify myself. App sucks!!!!
Tried to upload a check but when. I got to the last step it said because we are unable to verify your identity you can not use our services 😑
Needed to cash a check and add the money to my paypal. This was easier than i thought.
