F*ING joke. CUSTOMER SERVICE? Not here. After 1 successful check.. I keep getting the all elusive error a103. I figured they flagged my account. Signed up my uncle? Same thing. My roommate? A103. I signed my wife up on her phone.. A103. This check will not be reviewed.. BUT WHY? Their customer service has nothing on this, and they are unreachable. Their phones Dont have humans either. -5/5!!!!
What a shame For the life of me; I can never understand how something so good can go so bad. I was using Ingo for a good while as it seemed convenient, easy, and overall very efficient. Then I was unable to use it for about a month as I was in transition of getting a new cell phone. Today even after I uploaded UpSide.card to my account and then continue to use Ingo, I get this message about some horsecrap saying unable to verify me. And alof of the reviews are correct when they say hard to try reach ingo's customer serv
Convenient Very convenient and easy. No bank hassles. Personal checks can be a bit annoying and embarrassing. They call the person and ask them if they wrote the check repeatedly.
