This was the first time I rented one of these bikes. The app gave me no upfront info on cost. But I thought it couldn't be that bad, so I rented a bike for 3.5 hours. The first problem I had was when trying to return the bike. There were no stations available, so I had to drive all over town to find an empty spot because the meter keeps running until you dock the bike somewhere. When I finally found one, I got the bill. $79.75! .. THAT IS MORE THAN RENTING A CAR FOR AN ENTIRE DAY. OUTRAGEOUS!!

Most stations are full. There is no option to extend through the app. Instead, you must call a number and wait on hold for 5-10 minutes to reverse the overage charge. This makes the program almost impossible to use for a ride around the park for many hours. I highly recommend out-of-towners avoid wasting your money on Mobi.

App is generally easy to use and smooth. Updates on number of bikes or docks available is reasonably current/ precise. The process for notifying Mobi of a problem with a bike is terrible though. It takes you out of the app and requires you to enter all of your info again. I'm sure their maintenance would be better if they made it easy for users to flag bikes in need of repair.
