Ratings and reviews

When no riders are available, they do not decline an order. Instead, they hold on to the order for hours. This has happened to me several times. In the most recent case, a rider was assigned extremely late, and as a result, I was no longer able to receive it. Chowdeck expects you to receive your order even if they only assign a rider after hours have passed.

My 1st experience & it was a most terrible experience. One Christopher called me claiming the "use my current location" was an incorrect address. Whilst trying to explain to him that my address doesn't exactly pop up when typed, & that the location isn't incorrect but a different route, he hung up on me. I called again, trying to explain that I left a note on the order for clarity, he hung up again. He's a very rude person. Shouldn't be attending to customers. I'm definitely deleting this app

I don't think I will advise anyone to use chowdeck because I tried using them twice and the two times I used them, the experience was very unpleasant. The first time, I made an order and paid, they did not assign a rider until after 45 minutes. My order was cancelled and I requested a refund which they did. The second time, the same experience after over 1 hour 40 minutes. They are slow to respond in customer support and do not give any help. I would not recommend them at all. Very bad 😞😞
