Ratings and reviews

Good app but I have a huge issue with the app. Why is there not "pay with physical cash" option? Not only is this inconvenient for people who only have physical cash to pay with, you are also alienating a huge part of your target audience. Also, I just ordered a deal from Pizza Inn where, when I checked the other food apps, tells me that this app put a low number to deceive people into thinking it's extremely cheap and should they buy two of the deal they'll only get one. Please look into this.

Chowdeck is now becoming the worst food delivery app. Since November last year, which is over two months, either the vendors are taking over two hours to prepare my order, or there are no riders to deliver it. I have experienced delays of over 3 hours on multiple occasions with my. And a few times cancelled. And they do not let you cancel the order by yourself, even after I chat them to cancel the order. And the favourite feature doesn't work. I cannot save or easily find my favourite vendors

Some orders are fast, but most orders take too long. ordered for a pizza from literally Domino's at Ogunnaike to GRA. almost 1 hour, nothing from the rider or place. Guy, don't order when you're hungry o. If you MUST use the app, order when you're not hungry (like 2 hours before), then chill. Not happy at all.
