This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a food delivery app. The service was unreliable, the app itself is full of issues, and the customer support was completely unhelpful. After wasting my time and money, I’ve decided I will never use this app or their service again. I strongly advise others to think twice before downloading Chowdeck.

I can relate with people who experienced their rude riders. This rider arrived my venue but didn't give me a call for me to know his whereabout. I called the rider but he said all sorts of words to me and hanged up not ready to speak with me at all. I reported to the customer care and they only apologized but said I had to pay extra for a re-delivery. I paid for re-delivery and the same rider delivered it again. That's so bad, it was the worst experience ever! I had to delete the App

Hello I made an order on your app you collected my money and refused to deliver my item for the past 2hrs no customer service nothing... You guys are annoying no tracking of the delivery guy nothing.. I need a refund if not I will go that store and cause problem
