One of the WORST apps I have ever used! Wanted to place an order for just 2 meals, and it took almost 30 minutes just to place the order on the app cos it kept loading soooo slowly. So frustrating! Takes too long to load and responsiveness to selections/clicks is extremely slow! Phone not the issue cos same thing happens when I use a different phone. Network connection not an issue cos other apps on phone are working fine (e.g. Netflix, YouTube, all playing videos without buffering).

Amazing app. This is literally my go to app for food and groceries purchase and delivery. The only issue I have is the fact that, very often when an item is "out of stock" the alternative being chosen by the vendor is either something entirely different from what you want, both brand and price selected. I think we should be able to re-select and add an alternative item to our cart by ourselves, so that we get the items we actually need, and not depend on the vendor's option.

Everything is fine but please add a feature where we can message rider directly. Honestly, you don't want to call all the time. Message will save alot of stress. Now 30 more minute is added to my preparation time and I don't want to call the rider because of that. It would have been better to message him to ask what is going on and to know maybe there is an item in my order not present that's why they are delaying me.
