This app has so many helpful tracking tools. nice interface. well designed. robust. I'm so grateful to have almost everything I need in 1 app. Thank you so much for creating this and making it free without ads! for those of us struggling with illness, it's so important. I would love to see a daily exercise checklist added. and the ability to track good things, like when I'm having good days, symptom free. Also it was hard to add a treatment I get every 3 months. I had to add it as medication.

Overall I absolutely LOVE this app! Simple to use and extremely personalized so it's pretty awesome! I am wondering if there's a way to attach pictures or videos to the logged event? That would make it perfect! Or if you can add multiple profiles!!!! That would be awesome!!! So the ability to have multiple profiles and add pictures and videos to the logged symptoms!

Thanks for the suggestions! Saving pictures would be great, it's on my list of things to add. Just to be honest though, it may take me a bit of time to do because I have to work around my own health condition (I'm also working on some other user-contributed suggestions at the moment!) But I will get this done eventually!

It's a great concept and could be a really useful tool for chronically ill/disabled people. Especially the body mapping and ability to print. The watch app is unusable if you have more than 4 items to track, all the options overlay over eachother and I can't select any. There should be multiple pages instead, so you can select them. When I go to cancel my subscription, the app crashes. I would like to cancel my subscription please.

You're right a list view for the watch app would be great (edit: this is now available in beta!). Sorry the cancel sub button crashed, will look into it ASAP: it should just open the Play Store subscriptions page. To cancel: Play Store -> Account (top-right) -> Payments & Subs -> Subs. Email me at james@chronicinsights.com if you're still stuck
