Circle K expands its network

In 2023, Alimentation Couche-Tard acquired the TotalEnergies station network in Germany and the Netherlands, while taking a stake acquisition in Belgium and Luxembourg, expanding its European presence by nearly 2,200 locations.
Fuel will continue to be offered under the TotalEnergies brand for the time being, while Circle K services and upgrades are introduced gradually. Alimentation Couche-Tard is a global leader in convenience and mobility, with nearly 17,300 stores in 29 countries and over 5,200 stations across Europe under the Circle K and INGO brands.

Ratings and reviews

It logs you out constantly. Like multiple times per month. Sometimes I log in one day just to find that I'm logged out again the next day. Also, logging in doesn't even always work! Today it took three attempts until I finally logged in successfully. I used the code sent to SMS so I know it's not a wrong password issue. And it's not the first time this has happened. Why? What's the benefit of logging me out every 10 minutes?

Designed to track you all the time. There is no way to use your car wash subscription without letting the app track you constantly. The app doesn't "recognise" which car wash you're at despite allowing location services while the app is in use. Sometimes the car wash button doesn't show up, rendering the app useless for washing your car. Ergo; from a privacy and functionality perspective, this doesn't make any sense! But at least you can see and use your coupons.

I'm unable to play the Circle K games. There's a Christmas game in the app, but it won't work. It just shows the message; "Sorry... Something went wrong. Please check youe internet connection and try again." pleasr fix this issue, I've tried everything. Customer support is terrible as well. EDIT: Yes of course I've restarted my phone. I've also checked my internet and gotten my phone checked. Thanks for no help.
