Ratings and reviews

I reserved a ride with a driver 5 hours in advance only to have the latter cancel it at the last minute (at midnight). My city go account was then blocked and i had to pay a 3euro fee to have it activated again. Considering the time, it was now almost impossible for me to find a new ride. I contacted City go for assistance on the issue but they obviously don't care and didn't do anything about it. Basically telling to go f myself. Thank you for the horrible service.

This application is super cheap as compared to other Car hiring application like Uber. However, in booking details you should put more details like Divers contact number and Car number. Also sometimes Divers ask you to wait for a long time even after accepting your request. I would like to congratulate to whole CITY GO team for running this application smoothly. Except the above couple of points. Thank you, Hope you will look into concerns I have raised & try to fix it asap for better customer experiences.
