poor performance and buggy. don't bother trying to make requests, you'll just fill out a form, be unable to submit and then it'll link you to another form on another website to fill out. not much of a point downloading if you can't requests

Don't bother installing this app. it's absolutely unusable on Android. in fact, other than the initial splash screen, it won't even start up. I contacted the city of Fremont and they basically told me they would talk to the vendor because it's a known problem. that was 6 months ago. I guess in government time that's lightning speed to respond, but it still isn't working

Downloaded to try and get the city to repair a displaced sidewalk caused by a tree controlled by the city. I received an email the request is closed, without amy information on what action, if any, was taken. The app does not have a way to do this. This app also hangs when opening a new link. My phone is a note 10+ so don't blame my phone. This app is worthless, but the only way to deal with certain things with the city. This app is garbage.
