myFRISCO is a real time, public engagement tool designed to alert staff about problems related to certain city services. It’s a free, simple and intuitive tool providing a platform for reporting concerns, 24/7. Users document problems by reporting – and / or taking photos with their mobile phones and uploading to the myFRISCO app. This service targets issues related to water, sewer, streets, traffic signals, lighting, signage, recycling & trash, animal control and code enforcement. myFRISCO is a convenient way to report a problem and monitor progress as our staff works on a solution. Fantastic app. Very good accountability by city. I've so far generated 161 tickets over the course of abt 3+ years. The selections are pretty straightforward for each ticket. The picture upload is nice to be sure they see the problems as I see them. I get emails abt when the city begins work on the ticket & also when closed. For several, I've even received emails from staff members if they have questions or want feedback. Very great app!!!!

07/08/24 update - app finally loads on pixel 8 pro Does not work and load

I downloaded the App today. I clicked on "Requests" and "Create Request". As soon as I click on Create Request, the App restart itself. I am using a Pixel 4a running Android 11. I installed a new sod and need more days to water my lawn. Not able to use the App.
