I've been using this app for about the last 6 months and I've been really happy with it. It's easy to use, has never had any issues on my phone, and I've always gotten an initial response within 30 minutes, and always get follow-ups. I've even gotten a phone call to discuss certain issues. I've recommended it to my neighbors as well. It sure beats going the voicemail route.

The whole app shuts down and takes you to your home screen, it closes the app out completely every time you try to put a work order in. I've been trying to access it for 5 days now and nothing has changed.

Used to be a good app, but lately it doesn't even open up. Maybe it's because I would flag every street light that was not working.
