I've downloaded, uninstalled, and redownloaded it, but it just freezes at the logo and doesn't actually open. Sad I'm not able to use this.

This isn't really an app it's just a link that points at web pages so why suggest the app on your website if you're just going to request me to the website?

Constantly crashes and I can't open it on my phone.
