update since my last update well over a year ago, this issue is still going on. unable to report anything. this is happening on all my devices that I've tried using this app on. I go to fill out a form, and air is back saying right request cannot be submitted. I have to then go online and use the web form online that is the exact same thing and it works fine Finally got the app working. But anytime I try to submit a request. It pops up a generic"failed to submit this request"

I've downloaded, uninstalled, and redownloaded it, but it just freezes at the logo and doesn't actually open. Sad I'm not able to use this.

Maybe it's not finished? Just crashes anytime you try to do anything. Probably should finish it before publication.
