I would give 5 stars, and I REALLY wish I was able to but the app just doesn't work like I wish it would! It won't let me video call, or accept them. It says I am connected, but then right after it says that, it says disconnected and gives me the customer service phone number. So irritating! Also with our messages, a lot of times he doesn't get mine til later that evening or the next day sometime. Hopefully these issues can be fixed soon! Otherwise, we love the picture feature. :)

It's just not easy.. It always says I have the wrong information when I'm logging in. It freezes so much and you have to pay to see your loved one stuck making some weird face in the camera. Then it speeds up super fast to catch back up looks funny. But we pay alot of money to watch a frozen face. There should be a timer that goes on when the camera freezes. That missed time should be paid back in some type of way. Overall I'm thankful for CitTeleCoin. It's better than nothing at all.

3 minute video calls are ridiculous for the price I pay to call my loved one. Call customer service. Wait 45 minutes on hold. Yeah right that is a joke. We checked the last few calls and the line is fine. Even though it messes up on the tablet and kiosk but they "can't" check last nights kiosk calls. Thanks for no help whatsoever. All they said was we don't promise our service is without problems or glitches. Wow nice 👏 👌 👍
