Ratings and reviews

Following the upgrade to the most recent version of this application, I observed that it has an impact on the device's screen driver, resulting in the screen remaining active perpetually. I believe it is unprofessional to distribute an application to consumers without first ensuring its functionality and performance, especially if it originates from a reputable company such as Claro.

Finally, I was able to resolve my line issue after struggling for over a year. An advisor quickly identified the problem with my line (something more than 10 advisors had been unable to do). I was able to register again and start enjoying my Claro line. I'm not giving 5 stars because of the time it took to resolve my issue :/

Installed this and now I receive multiple advertising class 0 messages (unlike normal messages, the type that pop up like emergency alerts on your android phone and *should* be reserved for emergencies) per day from Claro. Short of turning SMS off, I've turned every other message-related setting off, but i am still receiving the messages from the blocked numbers. Claro has to be the worst phone provider in Colombia and should be shamed for it!
