Website build and hosting has been perfect, the team responsive. But the billing team has just sent inaccurate instructions and told me not to be frustrated, so I have to warn others. For one month Cloudbeds couldn't log me in. Their directions for putting listings on other OTAs such as VRBO and Agoda were wrong, so that I had to list 8 houses over and over. I have refunds for their billing mistakes, and I can't use any financial info because they can't record any payment from OTAs. Avoid.

I'm a housekeeper. I've been working with this app for about 2 weeks. I wish there was a way to know which rooms have notes attached at a glance without clicking the room (like putting a dot or something beside the number). *Added* And I wish I could sort the rooms by number.

Terrible experience! The app crashes unexpectedly and closes no matter what you’re doing or where you are, even in the middle of important work. I even tried installing it on another phone, but the same issue persists. Honestly, there’s nothing here worth reviewing!
