This app rarely works, and when there is bad weather, don't count on the app functioning to report your outage. During recent storms, I needed to report my power outage, and the app kept giving messages that "maintenance" was being performed and the app was unavailable. I removed the app and downloaded it again, and got the same message. I called the customer support number provided in the error message and got nowhere because it was after their normal business hours. One of the worst.

App won't load. Can't get passed the log in screen. I can't get to my account. I finAlly got logged in, had to use duck duck go, chrome didn't work, took me to a black screen . Now that I'm logged in and flashed back to the app and it's stuck on the log in screen (logged in). The options at the bottom aren't selectable either ( terms/support/privacy).

Glad I can pay my bill by using the app every month instead of it being paid automatically like it used to be before Consumers Energy took away the ability to pay automatically via credit card. I don't want banking details saved in another site that doesn't need them and could put a bank account at risk in a data breach instead of just an easily replaced card. 3 stars for the "convenience" to pay quickly by app. -2 stars that I can't autopay by credit now, and for the additional fee also.
