Finally this is actually an app!!! Way easier than the website and the old version of whatever this was. Kudos to whoever updated this app and streamlined this process. Seriously, give a raise to the person that changed the default 1 to 0.

One of the worst apps I've ever dealt with. Been using it for 3 years & there's always an issue every week. Always have trouble signing in to the app. Horribly slow, no matter what device I use or what network I'm on. Seems a multi-billion dollar, Fortune 500 corporation would have a better app to service customers. Highly disappointed. Update: Gotten even worse as now I cannot sign into app. It says I don't have Chrome & that's the only way to sign into the app. I HAVE CHROME!!! Such a joke!

Slow and confusing to find what i need. But overall its easy to use.
