Absolute scam. They say in all their ADs that you can send physical cash to Valencia. You can not see the available destinations before you put money in the app. I put 100€ in the app and only then found out Valencia is actually not available anymore, nor will it be. And no I don't want to send to a bank in bolivares, i want physical dollars to home as it was promised to a place they said was available. I've already talked to support and they can't do anything about it. So absolutely scummy.

Entendemos que te decepciona no poder enviar $ en efectivo a Valencia, como se prometió en los anuncios. Aunque actualmente no es posible enviar efectivo a esa ubicación, quiero aclarar que todavía puedes realizar transferencias en Bolívares. Esto no significa que sea una estafa, simplemente ha habido cambios en las opciones de envío disponibles.

I got caught in a loop. The apps is telling me that my wallet needs to be updated, asks for my email, I receive a code then set this code and it shows me again the message about the wallet update and asks for my email again.
