The Xfinity Home app lets you stay connected to your home even when you’re on the go. Arm and disarm your system, create automated rules, access video to see when the kids get home, or turn on the lights and adjust the temperature before you walk through the door. It’s quick, easy and always available on your smartphone or tablet.

The app works very well and accessing the cameras while away from home is great. Being able to turn on the alarm from the bedroom or check it before bed is so convenient. I really like it. It did exactly what is supposed to do. What else could you want? Nothing. They seem to have the purple app fixed for payments too. It used to be horrible. You'd need to enter your email and password 3 times and code after code to get in to pay. Now it's flowing. Great job Xfinity.

With this app I have to constantly close, reopen, force close, just to get to the home page. It gets stuck loading indefinitely and/or gives a "We see you're offline" message, even if on WiFi or mobile data connection. It randomly logs out my account and it is an ordeal to log back in. The login screen often loops with no error to explain why. I have cleared cache, storage, even uninstalled, and it gives the same issues. It is ridiculous to have to fight the app this much. Please figure this out

I use this app for remote security system controls, and some kind of login/verification issue has been disrupting my ability to do this. 80% of the time, I will open the app only to be told that I'm logged out, so I log back in, only to get logged right back out without getting to do anything. Uninstalling this for the time being.
