About this app

The Xfinity Mobile Voicemail app allows customers with a compatible device to listen and manage your voice messages. You can play, share, delete, reply to and if available, view transcriptions of your voice messages. In addition, you can also manage and record greetings.

This app requires a subscription to Xfinity Mobile service and is only compatible for use with the following devices:

Samsung Galaxy Series S7, S8, S9, Note 8, Note 9
LG Stylo 4, LG X Charge, LG X Power
Motorola E5

Spent 2 hours with tech support after being transferred to the wrong dept twice only to find out that the app isn't compatible with my phone. Then found out that the Google app works, but was told that I need to get the Google Voice app, which is not correct as that only has voicemail for a Google voice number. Finally found out that there's built in voicemail in the regular phone app. Would've been nice to know before I wasted my time!

App quit working, did the un-install, did new download, now it won't authorize, just keeps spinning like a turd in the commode. Tried to get help 3x with customer service, when they can't solve the problem, they pretend you're no longer there and disconnect. Xfinity- great when it works, you're on your own when it doesnt! 🥴

Sept. 2024 update: Bad Again! I don't know how this can change without any visible updates, but it's messed up again... All the voicemails still have both text translations and playable audio IF YOU KNOW ABOUT THEM, but even with 2 voicemails the alert indicator is missing from the notification bar (the reel-to-reel tape that looks like a pair of eyes with the right one wide open...) It only pops up if I reboot the phone - hardly useful. Again, this is on a Motorola e5 Play, with Android 8.
