Constantly getting errors when trying to watch on demand or recorded programs. HBO and Showtime can make reliable apps, but a cable company can't? Incredibly disappointing considering my cable bill. It would probably start working perfect if I got charged an extra $9.99 per month.
Comcast's cloud DVR is the wooooooooorst. It would be excusable if it were free, yet I pay hundreds of dollars per year for this garbage. Piracy is more reliable and convenient than using their stupid cloud DVR. I don't watch many shows but Comcast screws up virtually everything I record.
Was pretty terrific for phone or tablet for playing all channels when using your home router. Had to drop it to one star because it is getting worse at recognizing that it is at home and needs multiple restarts and won't work with Chromecast. Very frustrating.
Everytime I want to watch something that opens with an ad the ad just runs over and over without starting the show. Once again Xfinity your product does not work properly.
Frustrated & confused I don't understand why so many of the tv shows & series are marked as "In home only". I used to watch so much more. Also... Is it just me or does anyone else have this issue. Many of the commercials seem to stutter or go into a loop repeating a portion, usually the beginning or the end, 4 to 6 times!!
This version is not a user friendly one. It doesn't allow to book mark the shows and channels that I as my own device user like to watch. It has recommendations and manual search, which makes it harder. Please bring back some of the old features.
Fixed a bug that caused some items in the On Demand > Featured row to do nothing when tapped.
