App is horrible. When trying to watch videos that have been recorded, it will malfunction and tell you your recorded video is unavailable, but you can watch on demand. You can't fast forward through the commercials most of the time. So you are stuck watching what you just watched over again to get to the part of the show you were at when the app booted you out. This happens all the time. I'm watching on my firestick.

I usually leave my phone locked in portrait mode, but if you tilt your phone sideways, there are those little arrows to "switch" to sideways / full screen. Somehow with their latest update, this app has removed that option and those arrows are gone to go to full screen. Anyone else experiencing this? Please mark as helpful / thumbs up this comment if you are. By the way, why isn't there an easy way in this app to manually go "full screen" regardless???

For the last few months the app hardly works. when I try to watch a show, from home, on Xfinity wifi sometimes it doesn't load. sometimes there are multiple glitches where the show pauses and has to load again. I recently traveled and could not watch anything on wifi. this had never happened. we pay TOO MUCH MONEY for cable to not be able to watch the shows remotely.
