Useless, like the Flex. Lag between button pushes and response, to be expected since it's going over Wi-Fi. The useless part: Trying to find anything to watch through the app. "Nothing is available from hh:mm until hh:mm for your filters. No filters set. All filters cleared. Downloaded this due to the high pitched buzzing from the Flex remote LEDs or LED driver, uninstalled it and removed the Flex shortly after. If you have a smart TV, Firestick, or Roku, the Flex and this app are useless.

This app is useless. I understood that it does not control the TV I own, so I didn't expect it to be able to control turning the tv on/off or adjusting it's volume. However, this thing should have direct control over Xfinity thru the cable network. The layout is oddly organized, but not crazy. It potentially could do more than a normal remote. The problem is that glitching happens way too much! It's so annoying that you WILL be asking yourself where the real remote is.

I would give it a zero if I could because the app DOES NOTHING. After logging in I see a photo of a woman with curly hair and a status circle that just spins endlessly. Nothing else happens. There is no menu or anything to click on or do. Typical of Comcast to overcharge for services that do not work. Update: eventually the spinning circle times out and a message displays "unknown error." How helpful.
