Used to work fine, now I can't add my payment info even though I've authorized it 3+ times in my banking app. Try to prebook taxis and a taxi doesn't show up for the time you book! Luckily I book with 10-15 extra minutes for my journey, but almost missed an appointment today because it took 15 minutes to assign a driver. And it didn't even start to assign a driver until the time I had booked a taxi. The app is garbage now, might as well use Uber.

I prebooked for an important Exam. The app let me book. But didnt assigned me a driver and couldn't for 20 mintues! I think Its disgusting that I can prebook a taxi for an important event and then basically be refused one with no notice. The app doesnt inform you it hasnt found a driver it informs you when it finds one but never did. Almost missed my exam, and this stress right before hand could have affected my grade. I understand availability issues but I PREBOOKED. I RELY on this "service".

I've only used Skyline 3 times so far and all three times were fine. the drivers have been safe, and 2 out of the three were very friendly and happy to engage in conversation. I was very worried after reading some of the reviews, but honestly... they are good.
