Ratings and reviews

The drivers, not an issue. But the app is terrible. Both the map and time are wrong. And the booking algorithm is a joke. I stood next to a driver while booking, yet it selected a different driver over 10 minutes away. The driver next to me then got a pick-up near my destination. And just today it selected a car driving away from me, ON THE MOTORWAY!? went from 4 minutes to over 25, so I cancelled and started over.

Something has happened since November 2024 where it's working terribly now. Still okay for pre-bookings, but if you don't prebook, the estimated time is way off (as others have said, it counts down to 1 min, then resets back up) and the car icon on screen is frozen or unreliable so not a good indicator... can leave you waiting out in the cold for ages or getting calls from drivers asking where you are, when the app says they're 10 mins away. Used to be really good, so such a shame.

BEWARE! Employs crooked taxi drivers. Used them in Milton Keynes booking through app. Once we arrived at the destination, the taxi driver said the app payment didn't go thru and asked me to pay him. Good thing i used the same card as what's registered in the app because later it showed i was also charged thru the app. Ive been raising the issue and so far, no solution, just telling me they can't contact the driver to confirm if a 2nd payment has been made EVEN WHEN i showed bank statements
