used to be a decent App but recently it's been having many issues. OTP on some operations are not received even the view pin option doesn't send OTP to email. investment section is not offering attractive options only flexi invest at a flat percentage for all amounts. customer support and tech support is terrible. trouble tickets never resolved or followed up on. the app needs total revamp and hire some smart talent in marketing and development. bench mark with the leaders in the field.

The app rarely functions. I keep getting "Oops something went wrong" error since a long time. I have contacted their support to update my documents, but they could not fix the problem. It has been more than 3 months now. Now, the app has started showing me another "Oops daily limit exceeded" message when I haven't done a single transaction in more than a month. A completely laughable and embarrassing failure of administration. I have to switch to more reliable means to send money.

Uptill beginning of Dec this was working fine for UAE costumers but now the app showing error message as "something went wrong" for Recipients as well the the transfers tab. Reached out to support to highlight the issues, instead of addressing the issue they replied with generic email to contact with registered email, best part is i was using mine registered email for escalation. I think during their last downsizing they fired some of their people who were actually doing some work.
