Horrible customer support! I'm a BEYON employee so it makes me sad to see the lax behavior of the customer care executives. It takes 10 mins to get through to an agent and when you successfully do you're just kept on hold for half an hour without checking back. I've been calling for 2 days and requesting the team to refund the 2000 BD amount deducted on a failed transaction. The proceeds of refund is instant in other applications. it's pathetic to not credit back customers.

i have made a transfer transaction for emergency purpose and they won't let me redo the transaction atleast or help me make the transfer today as it was an emergency. i explained to the customer service but it's no use asking them as they won't help and they said you will receive your money back after 2 days . this is very disappointing as I've been using this app for years.

Uptill beginning of Dec this was working fine for UAE costumers but now the app showing error message as "something went wrong" for Recipients as well the the transfers tab. Reached out to support to highlight the issues, instead of addressing the issue they replied with generic email to contact with registered email, best part is i was using mine registered email for escalation. I think during their last downsizing they fired some of their people who were actually doing some work.
