Very bad experience. It's been 16 hours since I've used this service for international transfer and it's been 14 hours since I've raised the complaint and done some verifications .Till now the amount is not credited to the recipient's account.This will be my first and last time using the BEYON MONEY service and won't suggest this service to anybody!!

So far very bad experience, If the money deducted from my account and give me the transaction number then how it's not approved?? They deducted the money and something wrong with their system after you have to wait for how many days I don't know. And also the refund you will not get back to the original payment method it will come to beyon wallet which is also scam because after that there is no option to withdraw it you have to use their service again. Worst experience many times.

Weekend services are very, very low. Money is not deposited on time. If you have any issue about transaction so you can't find any call centre after 8 pm and Friday totally close. Beyon money playing a bank role, but after 8 pm, no emergency call centre and Friday are totally off!!!! And if you send an email so just a few days to reply you😅.
