Ratings and reviews

It's super easy to order and to select which location you want to pick up or deliver from. However, the points dont add up, and purchase history doesn't save. The only reason to have the app is if you want to order ahead and are not at a computer. This is frustrating. *Update* went from 2 star to 1 star as this company does not seem to care.

I love sauce on the side, but this app is so frustrating. I'm missing points on past orders, although it doesn't seem like the points are worth much. I don't want to enter my address every time, especially when I'm ordering pickup. It needs a way to save favorite locations and to reorder previous orders. The worst part is that I can't use the deals in the app and have to call the store to place the order in order to select the deal at checkout. Please make this app useful.

great food, frustrating app. firstly, do not try to use the app while connected go a vpn. if you do, it will not allow you to log in and it may cause the order button to bug out. secondly, if you're not seeing your rewards its because the app isn't going to keep you logged in. you always need to log in before ordering. third! if you're having any of the above issues, I was able to solve by disabling my vpn and clearing the app data and app cache. the Calzones are somehow worth it.
