About this app

The e-Government program was launched within the framework of a lofty royal vision aimed at improving government performance in terms of service delivery and efficiency. Accordingly, the Authority provides a number of services through this application.
The application includes the following services:
- Water bill calculation
- Water bill inquiry service
- Meter status inquiry service
- Reporting a complaint or water theft
- Public service offices
- Water saving guidelines
- Ministry news

Ratings and reviews

The app is filled with bugs. It takes so long to log in. If you enter something incorrectly and you receive an error message, you can't enter anything else unless you close the app then open it again. I was trying to log in to my account and it keeps giving me error. I thought I was doing something wrong but no, the app is buggy.

This application should ease the use, but unfortunately, it's hanging every time I'm using it, and now I can't access or add a new account. Someone should take care of this and acknowledge the feedback of the customers and improve the features and the interface

I frequently lose my registered data, and when I need to re-register the flow meter, certain options such as area name or address are sometimes unavailable،, the app needs a lot of development and improvement.
