[Personal Instalment Loan]
• The minimum and maximum repayment period is 12 months and 60 months.
• The APR ranges from 5.91% to 7.03%.
• Loan amount up to HK$2,000,000 or 20x your monthly salary (whichever is lower)
• For a loan amount of HK$200,000 with 12 months repayment period, the monthly flat rate is 0.11% (APR 6.37%, including a Loan Set Up Fee of 2%). Monthly repayment amount is HK$16,887 and the total loan repayment amount is HK$202,644. The above example is for reference only.
• The final interest rate and repayment period applicable to a customer is subject to his/her financial condition and is solely determined by us. To facilitate customer to repay, the monthly repayment amount is rounded to an integral, so the final APR may be slightly different from that quoted in the table.

Unable to use after updating to latest version. Force close right after launching the app without any error message. Please teach the developer how to handle exception and find someone knows user experience to design the app workflow. If you find suspicious app then inform the user properly. If you detected that the phone is rooted or not safe, show a simple error message and then close the app, not shutting down the stupid app without any error. This will NOT make anything safer.

I'm using version 6.34.002. The app works well in general except that it won't refresh the deposit balance after changes or new fund deposited online. If I click through to the transaction history I can see my new fund has arrived. But when I went back to the deposit summary, both the total balance and HKD savings account balance were still the old balance.

I've been waiting for so long with no approval. It is unacceptable to take so long to approve a card. Other banks in HK can approve cards in around 5 days. Also the app still asks you to upload documents, even after already submitting them! Phone support staff can't speak English well and don't answer my questions. But the worst part is the overly long approval process. No excuse for that. I'm consider to cancel and applying with another bank which is faster (ie. pretty much all of them).
