Ratings and reviews

If you are an English speaker, you must open this app as if you are in the UK. But, the prices are then given in £, not the currency of the country you wish to travel. By example, if you are an English speaker, and open the app for Spain, the information is in Spanish, not English yet the pricing is in the correct currency, €. Yet if you open it to read English, (UK) the pricing is in £. There is no ability to select your language and the currency independently. A very poor design.

An easy and alternate way to get around Germany (Europe?) on a Budget, if you travel lightly. It's like having your own limousine-service without the price tag. Be a rude share passenger and reduce carbon footprint . I've done this a couple of times with good experiences. You just need to be flexible with the driver's needs. The selection has gotten better between major cities, but more offers on weekends. Try alternate nearby cities for better results. Happy travels , bon voyage , to all.

booked a trip then found it elsewhere €50 cheaper. Tried to cancel through the app, got directed to a webpage showing I'll be deducted €52. I chose not cancel. Trip details on the app said I cancelled the trip. I booked the cheaper trip hoping to get some money back. Next day, the app updated not showing that my trip was cancelled. I filled a complaint form of how I lost money to a bug in the app. They e-mailed me that I did not cancel my trip (I said so in my complaint). Bad customer service.
