Ratings and reviews

There is no way to add bus rides that were bought on other platforms (Omio) so that we can track the bus and see when it will arrive if it's running late, and it is hard to change the language of the app. I downloaded it in Portugal and it's hard to use it in Portuguese. There should be options within the app to change it.

Worst experience ever, never trust this app or any of the drivers listed on this app. Have booked two rides previously and both guys have left before 30 minutes from the pickup point leaving you on the road. Eventually you would have to find some other way to reach your destination. This has happened with me two different times, reported on app but no action taken. Take care of yourself by not booking ride from this app.

Great idea and concept. However, the UI and UX is a joke. You can't set the start location to basic P+R spots! Every page/menu you go to has to load again after leaving said page and coming back to it. For example, when tapping on the messages icon it has to load, then tapping on a message it has to load, and then pressing the back button to go back to the messages screen it has to load again. There's no manual refresh function. You have to wait forever for offered/canceled rides to update.
