Ratings and reviews

There is no way to add bus rides that were bought on other platforms (Omio) so that we can track the bus and see when it will arrive if it's running late, and it is hard to change the language of the app. I downloaded it in Portugal and it's hard to use it in Portuguese. There should be options within the app to change it.

In the last couple of months, using Bla bla cars regularly. It has been a great experience so far. Met allot of new people and had some great conversation over rides. One feature with the new update : 1. The distance Mark which we used to get during ride booking is not there in recent update. It was a quite helpful feature to select a ride. 2. Plz enable to mark the pickup And drop location on map. It will be convenient.

I've used this app several times while travelling, principally in Spain and Portugal. It's a great way to get around when traveling without a car rental. I wish the messaging part did translations (I don't think it does), but it's trivial to do that outside the app, e.g. with Google Translate, so no big deal.
