I uploaded it today and didn't check users reviews before doing it. It is really a useless app. I am shocked. You can't find your booking by your reservation number, it changes your DOB and it is impossible to put in the right one etc. I have used it for 40 minutes and deleted it. I have Alaska, American and TP portugal apps and no issues with those. What a shame, really.

Absolutely useless app! Check-in didn't work on the outbound flight, nor on the inbound flight. It croaks on something but doesn't tell you what. It doesn't show you any flight details, such as the terminal where the flight departed, let alone the gate or any flight delays. Unfortunately, Condor doesn't seem to be able to depart on time at all. The most annoying thing is that it keeps showing you the outbound flight, even long after that's done and even if you tap on the inbound flight for info.

None of the functions it's supposed to have work. The booking number wouldn't bring up the the flight info for weeks after purchasing, couldn't request wheelchair service, couldn't buy a seat selection, couldn't purchase extra luggage. Everything you need to do requires a phone call and the phone service was helpful with the wheelchair request (because the law requires it) and nothing else. The app offers nothing.
