Ratings and reviews

The quality of taxi drivers using this app is just astonishing. Three times in a row now, I've had absolutely horrible drivers who take forever to come to the pick-up spot (over 20 minutes, but they say 7 min) and then drive the longest and slowest possible route to the destination. It took me 45 minutes from Sai Kung to Mong Kok without traffic. I'm never using this app again. No wonder Uber is so popular.

Every time I have used it so far, it shows me network error on the very last step of getting the taxi. I want to use it as an alternative to Uber, however, it is just not usable! Please fix your app. It is really bad user experience, with a network error then I have messages for booking confirmed ... which I have already booked using Uber instead.

Overall very good and the only taxi app that's actually working in HK. Thanks for letting us a choice rather than being forced to Uber which is becoming more expensive and not user friendly in many aspects. 4 stars as I'm still expecting some improvements on: 1) the status is always 'waiting for driver' even when I'm on car; 2) better interface especially for ordering, eg. expected waiting time, detection of my location, the presentation of map, etc, which is still like not modern enough.
