Surprised at how accurate this was I actually checked this app by counting out in my mind 1000 steps. The reading on the pedometer was 982 steps which is pretty impressive as far as I'm concerned. That it appears to underestimate a little is probably, on balance no bad thing as you'll end up doing slightly more than 10,000 steps to fulfil your daily quota :)
Helps me see how im doing Like that i can review the number of steps for the week or month aswell as daily and shows calories burned.
Use only as a guide The steps can easily be confused, so don't use it as a definitive guide. But as rough indicator of how much you have (or haven't!) been active, it works fine.
Pretty good, quiet accurate a good guide to keep you motivated.
Good but not perfect The app is very easy to use and I love that I can see how many steps I have taken without actually clicking on the app. It isn't super accurate though. For example, I went for a 3 mile run and walk at work all day long and my step count is a little over 4,000. My stride isn't one yard long, but if it were I would've had over 5,000 steps in the run let alone what I had combined with work. The more accurate it gets, the more stars I'll give it.
Great app Works very well and seems to be accurate. I love the inspirational quotes every morning!
