application is not convenient, I have to navigate and find among so many options and products, to finally find the one I need, then get forwarded to a web page, to find the specific product format, to finally get a coupon code. THEN if I want the rewards, I have to enter my phone number on screen at the cashier BEFORE the transaction is completed. Wouldn't be simpler to scan my client code, and have the app do the work for me for the products I am buying?

9/10 when I go for a car wash the app says out of range then I need to enter a code. What's the point of having that feature and it not working most of the time? Petro-Canada's app works every time. A good feature to have would be real time car wash availability. There aren't that many locations and the last thing you want is to drive to a car wash and it's not in service for whatever reason. I drive an ev and I know what's available in the app before I even go.

An asinine, unnecessary app that wasn't required to be used previous years. I wouldn't have as much of a problem with it if Rock Paper Prizes wasn't so greedy with handing out rewards this year. Losing to the AI for an entire week in a row shouldn't even be possible, especially when you're giving me a free round win. If I have to battle your dumb AI, I shouldn't also have to battle RNG to get a free item. Nobody wants BOGO coupons, gas or carwash rewards and yet that's almost all you get, trash.
