I’ve been waiting far too long for my delivery because their system shows I selected home delivery, even though I clearly chose a different option. I even called customer service, but they still insisted that I selected home delivery. I know I didn’t, because the correct option (other) was already set in my settings. This is extremely inconvenient. Coupang’s system is really disappointing, and the process of fixing their mistake takes way too long. This is very frustrating!!!

See the reviews before you place the order. If the reviews were a few years back, the products (e.g. coffee) have been in stock for too long, no longer fresh. Coupang doesn't tell buyers the expiry dates. Disappointing.

I ordered a microwave oven via Coupang Taiwan and I tried to call to return it for several time. They ignored all of my messages and now it is broken oven in my room and I can't get rid of anything. I called many times but they did not pick up and they let it pass the expiration deadline for returning.
