I’ve been waiting far too long for my delivery because their system shows I selected home delivery, even though I clearly chose a different option. I even called customer service, but they still insisted that I selected home delivery. I know I didn’t, because the correct option (other) was already set in my settings. This is extremely inconvenient. Coupang’s system is really disappointing, and the process of fixing their mistake takes way too long. This is very frustrating!!!

See the reviews before you place the order. If the reviews were a few years back, the products (e.g. coffee) have been in stock for too long, no longer fresh. Coupang doesn't tell buyers the expiry dates. Disappointing.

Easy to use interface, Cheap products & Extremely fast shipping. Been using for almost a year now. Wow monthly membership is definitely worth it. Very easy to get products from different countries like US, Korea, Japan.
