In the last 3 deliveries, over the course of about 9 months, 2 bags of shopping have been overlooked! It happens but 2 out 3 deliveries?? The girl at Redon to whom I spoke first blamed her colleague for not giving the bag to the driver & then blamed her 'responsable' for not passing on my email to her about stuff I had forgotten & would like them add!! Not one word of apology, no sorry, no nothing!! Just blames everyone else!! It used to be quite well organised & friendly, dunno what's happened

I have used this app on my phone for about 2 for ordering deliveries and it's been excellent until a couple of weeks ago. I can no longer connect on my phone without pausing or reinstalling the app several times when I want to use it. This is really frustrating. What's the matter with it?

Have used this app for a number of years without issue. However, I can longer log in on my phone but can on the PC. Password is correct but just doesn't do anything. Very frustrating as much prefer to do my order using the phone app
