Having constant connectivity issues on Pixel 9. App doesn't seem to work well across VLANs on Android. I don't have these issues with the app on iPhone or macOS. The iOS devices are on the exact same network as the Android. This problem goes away if I put the Android device on the same network as the Crestron processor but I would prefer not to have all my wifi devices on the Home Automation VLAN. As others have reported, Android support doesn't seem as good as Apple.

The product is unstable. We frequently get locked out of certain functions. Right now, we can only program lights but not shades.

works alright but remote access stopped working while away from home wifi. Looks like a new feature to 'claim home' which consistently returns 'unknown error' and the older way of port forwarding through router no longer works either. Sigh.
