Got sim in mail, app says it can't activate. Called customer service, after 15 minutes wait spoke to some donkey that kept telling me to activate in the app and that there's no way to do it otherwise. Then tried saying there's a 14 day limit, which I had to explain to him is the trial period after it's activated. Could almost hear the dude drool over the phone, it really was that bad. In short, don't bother with this.

Downloaded the free app to try for free. Everything was very easy to do. Just simply fill out the information they need and place the order. Just waiting on the sim card to add (wish they offered E-Sim during setup). But will write another review after I get the sim card and see how hard or easy it is. I see a lot of negative reviews and it did deter me at first. But I think it was human error on setting their phones up. But we'll see.

Couldn't get the service to work. I received the SIM, "activated" through the app, but couldn't make calls. Tried calling support, but they wanted me to go to a physical location. At that point, I took it as a sign that the service wasn't for me.
