over the last 2 days I have not been able to connect to the Wi-Fi My phone is completely fine I just can't connect to Wi-Fi!!! when December when it's time to pay my bill I'm going to be going to MetroPCS I'm sick and tired of having problems with cricket horrible wireless!!!

never received the confirmation email or Sim card. before I did this, I thought it was an eSim. I wanted to try the service ASAP, not days later anyway. I still may switch because they're a bit cheaper than at&t, but nervous the coverage may still vary. But, I'm not impressed with this "free trial".

I downloaded the app and entered my iPhones IMEI which was compatible. I kept getting an error after inputting my information and could not get any kind of assistance. I tried contacting cricket and since I am not a current customer,the automated prompted me to go to an authorized retailer, so I did. The gentleman at the Cricket store was unable to provide any other information than his computer would not allow him access and to call customer care. Circles.
