They say you can try Cricket for free for 14 days and they send you an esim to download but the service doesn't work. Reaching out to customer service doesn't help you either they direct you to go into the store even though everything for the free trial is remote.

you know I like cricket however I run out of Wi-Fi halfway through the month. how can I fix this problem for good? if you can somehow help me fix this problem I will give you five stars instead of three I'm giving right now.

so far no good. placed order got sim, activated and nothing!!. shows i have 5g but no sms or calls go through not even mycricketapp works. it sure wants me to to purchase a plan. that's false advertisement. only one group of ppl who think its ok to lie to the population 🙄
