Couldn't get the service to work. I received the SIM, "activated" through the app, but couldn't make calls. Tried calling support, but they wanted me to go to a physical location. At that point, I took it as a sign that the service wasn't for me.

over the last 2 days I have not been able to connect to the Wi-Fi My phone is completely fine I just can't connect to Wi-Fi!!! when December when it's time to pay my bill I'm going to be going to MetroPCS I'm sick and tired of having problems with cricket horrible wireless!!!

so far no good. placed order got sim, activated and nothing!!. shows i have 5g but no sms or calls go through not even mycricketapp works. it sure wants me to to purchase a plan. that's false advertisement. only one group of ppl who think its ok to lie to the population 🙄
