App update broke login All has been working fine till update a few days ago. Now the login info changes so no login auto have to redo manually. Anyway reported the issue to Cricket CS. I see many others same issue.
Terrible update Had no problem before latest update and liked the layout better then now. With last update it takes forever to load, layout not user friendly as it takes up so much space on screen and have to scroll more, doesn't remember login as before, billing days left in cycle no longer displayed, please fix!!!!! I am mostly happy with Cricket overall, just some of these little things that make it frustrating when tracking usage and billing cycle. I see other users are also frustrated with same issues with the update.
Non functioning crap Pray you never need to log in. If the app updates, you get logged out and can't log back in via the app unless you do forgotten password. I've verified several times via the website that my log in and password are correct.

Cricket is by far the best service in Oklahoma I have taken my phone all over the US and my signal could not be better then that go and make this really grateful ez to use app there family plans are awesome the best phones a hard earned dollar can buy on a budget the American people need once again ty Cricket Awesome!!!!
Why did it change? Maybe im just not used to it but its changed alot but from what ive seen. It disappeared off my home screen. Only settings and the tab that lets me pay works. The other tabs dont load
