this app is the worst. If it even will load, almost no features have ever worked 4 me, several different phones- all same problems in the app. currently on samsung s25 & still the same issues. I will fill out info for a new card & it will not accept it due 2 some issue/failure & ill restart, do it all again several times, & thats just one thing. I have no other choice besides.. maybe going in person to pay my bill? or I would delete it srsly. so funky we have to use 2 use the app but it suuucks.

this app is complete trash. it's been acting stupid lately. it's constantly showing the message "something went wrong. please try again". and yet no matter how many times I retry, it still shows that message. it's extremely frustrating. please investigate this issue and fix it now. I am very annoyed at the app's poor performance

I have been with Cricket Wireless for a very long time since 1999. The service has improved to where it rivals the major carriers. I don't have the problems that others are reporting. The problem with the fit of certain things on the screen was for me to make my fonts smaller. Worked 💯 for me. I don't run out of data, so I can't testify to the reduced speed, but most phones today have a data limit setting limit notification. So why not be proactive? My service is the best I have experienced.
