App works fine other than the fact that it will not let me add in additional gigs via the app when I go over my data usage. I am on autopay, adding on data was the only reason that I downloaded the app. Not pleased.
Very easy to use and changing your plan couldn't get any easier. I've had absolutely 0 problems since switching nearly 1 year ago. Love the new price on unlimited data too :)
I truly appreciate your calling and customer service. I HATE your mobile app. Always lags and loops. All other apps on my phone work with no issues and I keep my apps and phone updated. Please please improve your app. Maybe you need a boost? 😉
Cricket has HORRIBLE customer service and is unable to satisfy customer when a mistake is made on their website at their websites mistake. They should be able to easily amend to customer satisfaction but say they can't. Any other online retailer could have and would have fixed to customer satisfaction!!! They have horrible wait times when u call or use chat online.
I would not use the service cause it sucks and they only give u three changes in your bill cycle and I ran out on my internet in the middle of the month on straight talk 55$ u get 10 gb at high speed and they don't wack u off they don't set a limit too how many changes there are better services than cricket go to ur Wal-Mart and look at the plans they even include hot spot with more data plans and better ones
Since the new site, it never loads. Every page I go to gives a message with error loading. I never had this problem before. It does not let me sign out either.
