Like the new layout but Now the main page doesn't show how many days in the billing cycle left and that was really helpful. Also the data usage no longer shows the exact amount, it rounds it which is useless if you are wanting specifics for knowing if you hit your limit. Example being it says I've used 2.5 out of 2.5 high speed but i really didn't, it's actually less.
App is useless I cannot even sign into the app. I forgot my old password, so I requested a new one. Put in the code generated from the app to my text service, put in my new password, and what happens? Absolutely nothing. The same thing this app has always done. Absolutely nothing! Help me get this useless bloatware off my phone!
Worst customer service and application ever!!! This application crashed 4 times while I was explaining my issue and each time I had to explain everything from scratch to a new agent. Also cricket coverage is horrible in Orlando. People basically pay for nothing! I wish it was possible to give you guys -5 for rating!
Sloppy payment history Last version I couldn't change my auto-pay card. Now the payment history is sloppy. The history is not in monthly order, so it can be confusing. They made improvements to the interface, but not much of the mechanics.
I'm leaving I'm trying to pay my bill and app is malfunctioning. There is no one to talk to at this time and the automated service is apparently malfunctioning. But I'm supposed to pay my bill on time. Then you'll cut my service at 3 in the morning, when I need my phone most. Sick of it.
Add offline accessibility Like T-Mobile their app let's you access it offline especially the part for paying bills. If someone has prepaid and there bills up you can't use this app to pay. So now you have to call guess who the robot then the lady whom can't understand me and I can't understand her...etc... Thanks, me
