Ok to help check your bill I have not been getting the same error that I used to logging in, so I think they fix that. It makes it easier to follow up on how much data I have left, and to view my bill and set up the auto pay. Doesn't add function to your phone, if it didn't come automatically installed I would never use it. Don't use keyboard shortcuts when trying to log in, the app only recognizes short presses on the keyboard
Why all the complaints, App works great. Excellent app, love the latest upgrade & new home page look. Five star🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 all the way. Very easy to use. Some of you who can't figure this app out, when it's so simple, my god, I think you should turn in your phone & go back to a Beeper. Remember those? Or at least back track to a Flip Phone.
I can't even log in I want to love cricket, I really do. But I can't even log in to this app. I'm a new user, switched from Virgin Mobile, but I've been in the system over a week. Also cricket customer service tells me I have to turn off wifi to send pics or group messages. Does this make sense? In 2017? On a Galaxy S6??? I don't know if I'm going to stay with cricket, I would have thought you would have LOVED to get somebody from the competition. I am not feeling the love. BTW the app suxx.
Where are the days left on my data? Still not fixed with the latest update 2.0.7.... Bring back the days left on my monthly plan. This is one of the major things I look at. I guess the plan is to make it as difficult as possible let to manage my data. If so, Bravo!
I've never had a problem with this app till I updated it tonight. I tried to reset my password and it kept taking me to the last page. I restarted my phone then everytime I would try to log in the app forced close on me. I'm trying to pay my bill and cant do it now because of this issue.
3 phones on my plan, this app crashes on each one. Took 3 weeks for them to activate my kids phone. 2 weeks ago we added my mom and her phone will not work, they will not take it back, or fix it. After 18 years with cricket we will looking for new service.
