This app starting messing up months ago. I'm set up on AutoPay, but for several reasons, failed to go through. I had trouble getting on the App to make the payment, so I ended up either going to the website or calling it in, which they conveniently charge $5 to process your payment over the phone. I feel like it's all become a scam. Updating, uninstalling and reinstalling don't help. Now it says this App won't work on my device, yet it's a Cricket phone! So annoying!!

Great service but the insurance is good but you can't get a new phone unless you pay the doctor On the phone

I keep getting notifications from the App only since the last update. that my cricket partner app isn't working.. WHY I have scam protection. BUT I'll say this . I started having issues 6 months ago when another App just showed up and around the same time as the "Metro Play" App showed up on my phone. I DID NOT DOWNLOAD IT. !! I Did try to uninstall Metro Play but after I deleted All the cookies & other stuff.as I Hit uninstall a Warning came up Against my Android.. I can't even find the App
