This app starting messing up months ago. I'm set up on AutoPay, but for several reasons, failed to go through. I had trouble getting on the App to make the payment, so I ended up either going to the website or calling it in, which they conveniently charge $5 to process your payment over the phone. I feel like it's all become a scam. Updating, uninstalling and reinstalling don't help. Now it says this App won't work on my device, yet it's a Cricket phone! So annoying!!

Great service but the insurance is good but you can't get a new phone unless you pay the doctor On the phone

hacker got into my phone through the cricket system even after doing a factory reset couldn't get him out of my phone tried to change the number but they refused to unless they got paid first so I couldn't use my phone or any of my apps for about 2 weeks and then I had to buy an external security to keep it from happening again cuz cricket security is not very well and I still get points for somebody's looking in on my phone but cricket doesn't care much about that and it's the cheap phones
