This app starting messing up months ago. I'm set up on AutoPay, but for several reasons, failed to go through. I had trouble getting on the App to make the payment, so I ended up either going to the website or calling it in, which they conveniently charge $5 to process your payment over the phone. I feel like it's all become a scam. Updating, uninstalling and reinstalling don't help. Now it says this App won't work on my device, yet it's a Cricket phone! So annoying!!

Fast everything having to do with cricket's great features are... Not. You can't save a phone number to save your life past one update but boy does it keylog like a champ. No. Terrible. Don't do it. Can't really recommend much about this company that's positive. Whoever heard of being charged a convenience fee to pay IN STORE?! And let's not forget you can uninstall THE "CRICKET PARTNER" and every day, there it is installed again. DUMPING CRICKET.

this is bloatware. more if the stuff that Google claims that it cant find in its own Play Store is it continuously close up my phone's memory, uses up my data, and generally scares the hell out of me in this day of data breaches and hackware. I took just enough programming in college to know that a real programmer shouldn't have any problems finding this stuff and getting rid of it. for a 70 year old retired woman it's ridiculous that I have to spend so much time trying to clean my phone of this
