Some voicemails are important. Others are a waste of time. We designed Cricket Visual Voicemail to help you see your way to the messages that matter.
Visual Voicemail lets you:
· View a list of your voicemail messages
· Play, delete, or save messages in any order
· Pause, stop, replay and fast forward messages while playing
· Reply to messages by returning the call or text message
· Easily change your recorded greeting
· Save important messages to your phone or memory card.
· Easily export voice messages

Important to know: Receiving voicemail on the Visual Voicemail app will not count against your high-speed data quota. Downloading this app and responding to voicemails using email will count against your high-speed data quota.
During initial setup the app may send a free one-time SMS to your Cricket Voicemail service to authenticate your account.

Ratings and reviews

I've never gone out of my way to review anything except this. The notifications are vague and convey no info other than "you have voicemails" When I tap them, they seem to disappear, much like the nonexistent effort put into the design of the interface (that being a nauseating list of black numbers against a white background) The AI has the hearing of an old man and I have to manually reload the page like I'm checking my email. Incidentally, braille text is more "visual" than this app.

It's an alright app. Doesn't always get the words to texting right but that's actually sometimes hilarious as hell to read!! Down side and really really bad is that you're voice mail and visual voicemail share the same space so inbox can get really full and you'll also need to figure out what to keep... Double the space... A really bad thing... If you have to suddenly change your number... Cricket doesn't tell you all of your old number visual voicemail messages will be lost forever! Fkn Crkt
