Some voicemails are important. Others are a waste of time. We designed Cricket Visual Voicemail to help you see your way to the messages that matter.
Visual Voicemail lets you:
· View a list of your voicemail messages
· Play, delete, or save messages in any order
· Pause, stop, replay and fast forward messages while playing
· Reply to messages by returning the call or text message
· Easily change your recorded greeting
· Save important messages to your phone or memory card.
· Easily export voice messages

Important to know: Receiving voicemail on the Visual Voicemail app will not count against your high-speed data quota. Downloading this app and responding to voicemails using email will count against your high-speed data quota.
During initial setup the app may send a free one-time SMS to your Cricket Voicemail service to authenticate your account.

I've had nothing but problems with this app. I can never hear my messages, the volume is so bad and putting it on speaker completely silences it. And almost half the time it says transcript not available. So, I can't read half of them either! It's my understanding that it's kinks that have never been worked out. I used to have a great visual voicemail app and when I upgraded to the latest version of android phone, I lost it and had to use what was available; the one through my carrier.

I keep getting a call cricket voicemail when there are no messages. Why. This should be a simple thing. Is there another app that works we can use? Update: App has never worked properly. I have reinstalled, etc numerous times but it still gives false voice mail message. Update: App still gives false message notifications. Horrible flaw. This app always tells me I have messages...never worked properly. Waste of time trying to fix.

Whoever made this app doesn't care about the UX. Even though I cleared the cache and even all the data, it tells me there is "insufficient space to download messages", even when I went back and deleted old messages. It also keeps floating notifications to the top even when there's no new voicemails. It used to work OK-ish and now it just works very poorly.
