this app is trash,it said cricket but when I downloaded them spoke with yes,a live advisor he told me he was not cricket but he was At&t,then said to me "our" cricket store gave me a number and they will help you. mind you cricket kept hanging the phone and was very ride to me when I went I to the store to get this pod cast they illegally applied to my service without permission,and when I bought the phone I payed almost 200$ for unlimited service and a free phone for trade in an old phone 🤬

Not the app but their whole company is greed run like all companies today,, if you return something your your charged $25.00 if something like phone service is prepaid you NEVER get a refund. The Hot Spot wifi is terrible so far 25 days in not thrilled it don't stay charged 5 hours plus No bars to 4 2 min. later 5g..... then 1 bar totally interrupted EVERYTHING and pay $100 for it when AT&T sells for $42.00 All these co. are selling our stolen data to others and so on. Gods dy of rec w B awes!

Update: If you understand the basics of using a smartphone or know how to find information on the internet, this app is not worth it. 98% of the time, they tell you to call the carrier anyways. A representative told me the only purpose of the app is to try to keep you from needing to file a claim with troubleshooting. That's not daily device help like they advertise.
