I am frustrated by the sleep recording. I am retired & many times do not go to bed & sleep at 10 pm. I struggle with insomnia, most days I might sleep after 4 am & not wake till 10 or 11. If I fall asleep during the day (nap), that is not recorded either. I want to track weight in Kg, as that is what medical records show, but I can't do that either. The water tracking finally appeared in the last 2 days. When I go to add amount it records as if I am drinking all my water at one time.

it could be better but it does include things like your pulse, oxygen levels, steps, stress, sleep, music/podcast, phone calls, different watch faces that you can change, text messaging, weather, in an overall daily activity summary. also has world clock, alarm clock, timer, stopwatch capabilities. it does have GPS connection but relies on your phone's GPS to do the work. All in all not bad for what you get, and it's priced just right for a work watch.

I've been using it for about a month now. It's an OK watch/app. Doesn't sync with Google fit, so I can't keep my health data up to date in one place. I got the Google fit app on my phone, and the numbers never meet up, not even close, and the weird thing is the Google fit app is higher than the watch on my wrist and is able to detect my sleep . I'm a graveyard shift worker, and because my sleep isn't normal hours, it will not detect my sleep. The app is very basic and easy to use easy to set up
