it could be better but it does include things like your pulse, oxygen levels, steps, stress, sleep, music/podcast, phone calls, different watch faces that you can change, text messaging, weather, in an overall daily activity summary. also has world clock, alarm clock, timer, stopwatch capabilities. it does have GPS connection but relies on your phone's GPS to do the work. All in all not bad for what you get, and it's priced just right for a work watch.

I've been using it for about a month now. It's an OK watch/app. Doesn't sync with Google fit, so I can't keep my health data up to date in one place. I got the Google fit app on my phone, and the numbers never meet up, not even close, and the weird thing is the Google fit app is higher than the watch on my wrist and is able to detect my sleep . I'm a graveyard shift worker, and because my sleep isn't normal hours, it will not detect my sleep. The app is very basic and easy to use easy to set up

So far I love it, although the difference between steps on my watch vs my phone are very different. I also got this to help track how much sleep I am getting but because I work 3rd shift I am out of the "window" for the tracking to work. So that sucks but I usually get 1 or 2 trackable sleeps in (on the weekends). I really feel like you should be able to track sleep freely. 🤷🏽♀️
