so as a banking app, no one should have a hard time getting into the app to check on deposits & payments. first thing, at the login page, theres a huge yellow banner about fraud. it shouldnt be that daggone huge. secondly, i get locked out of my account more times than is necessary. pw change is way too often & when you're locked out on the wknd, well, you can be sure you aren't getting ahold of anyone til Monday. this app needs a lot of work bc this is MY money you are playing with

Since the last update it's been harder and harder to log on to the app. I just get a spinning circle then a white screen. Uninstalled app then reinstalled but having the same issue. Don't know what changed but something did. I have to use the website do to my banking now instead of the app

The money shows on time .tellers assist if there are problems. Handicap...don't like walking in monthly to get a cashier's check to pay rent instead drive thru....it hurts...my landlord won't do on line or regular checks ..no choice... stupid to take away drive thru.but this app works well
